CNGoodies does not accept any after-sales application that subjectively believes that the product is defective or of poor quality. If you have any question, can contact Customers Service firstly. Buy with confidence and enjoy a great shopping experience!

We will do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a return, please contact our customer service and informed of the reason for returning. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, not worn, 

If you want to return your items, pls contact us to get the shipping address.

And all items must stay in original status with all tags attached.

---- We are not responsible for packages which lost in transit.

----If your item is intercepted by customs, we will send it to you again. (But we will only resend it once)

No return or exchange under these situations:

1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.

2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered.

3) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured.

 We will only refund if we receive the Toy/Model that meet the above return conditions.
